St. Joseph Annual Auction & Dinner

The 2018 St. Joseph Auction and Dinner is set for Saturday, March 10. The 2018 theme is "An Adventure Awaits."

The evening kicks off in the school gym, immediately following the 5 p.m. Mass, and concludes about 10 p.m., after dinner and the auction the Parish Hall.

Sponsorships and Donations

Sponsors and donors are needed to help ensure the success of this event – the congregation's main fundraiser of the year.

Use the attached form for donations of auction or raffle items.

Use this form to make reservations for the full night, including dinner, or for the appetizers-only portion of the night.

Ticket Tree

New this year: the "Ticket Tree."  You will notice our auction “Ticket Tree” in the back of church. The “Ticket Tree” offers all parishioners a way to donate to the auction with a lot of ease – simply grab a ticket, purchase the gift card, and drop it off at the Parish Office, or collection basket. These donated gift cards are used to support the auction in many ways – from silent auction baskets, to decorations, and so much more!

Volunteers Needed

Help make our dinner auction a success by volunteering before, during or after the event. Options include:

  • Preparing appetizers for cocktail hour
  • Decorate the gym
  • Set-up and Clean-up
  • Run games and raffles
  • Register bidders after services
  • Dinner servers
