Adult faith formation, sacramental education for children and adults, and religious education for grade school and high school youth who do not attend St. Joseph's day school are all provided through the Catholic Formation team.
Catholic Formation is carried out through a combined effort of St. Joseph's and St. Mary's Visitation Parish in Elm Grove. Programs and classes are held at each location - some independently and others jointly. The staff is housed at the St. Joseph Parish Center.

Adult Ministry Adult Ministry offers a wide variety of educational opportunities for adult parish members and for people seeking to join the Catholic Church through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).
Youth Ministry The Youth Ministry works with youth in grades six through 12 from more than a dozen different junior high schools and high schools.
With a clear focus on social, spiritual, and service programming, various opportunities are offered year-round -- from field trips and community service activities to youth Masses and mission trips. In addition, Youth Ministry helps high school juniors prepare for the sacrament of Confirmation, and has an extensive leadership program.
