Looking for a parish for worship and community?
Been away from the church and thinking about reconnecting?
St. Joseph Catholic Church in Wauwatosa welcomes you!
We are all pilgrim people on different legs of the journey home. At St. Joseph, we pray for all to encounter Christ, be transformed by Christ, and accept Christ's commission to spread the Gospel.
If you've been away from the church for a long time or short time, you're still welcome at God's home! If you are coming from another faith tradition or no tradition at all, we welcome you home to the Church founded by Jesus and expanded by his apostles to all people.
If you've moved into the neighborhood and are looking for a vibrant parish for your faith life, we welcome you to our Christian family.
We're happy to answer questions about our parish, about the Mass, about the Catholic Church today, and about how we as a parish of St. Joseph can serve you.
As Roman Catholic Christians, we are evangelical in our commitment to sharing Christ as commissioned through our baptisms. And we are apostolic in carrying on the mission Christ entrusted to the Apostles and to his church. Our parish is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
If you are ready for more, we have ministries and programs to support people returning to active parish life. Among those programs is RCIA, the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults that will help bring you fully into the Church. We also have a Rite of Christian Initiation for Children program.
Call us with any questions or needs - 414-771-4626.
If you are planning to visit us for Mass, here's what to expect.
