Adult faith formation, sacramental faith formation for children and adults, and faith formation for grade school, middle school and high school youth who do not attend St. Joseph's day school, are all provided through the Catholic Formation team, helping all to encounter Christ, be transformed by Christ, and accept Christ's commission to live and spread the Gospel.

The Youth Ministry works with youth in grades 9 and 10. The ministry follows the parish's focus on discipleship.
Confirmation classes will be held for youths in 11th grade. The youths meet in small groups once per month, and attend a retreat.
St. Joseph's Child Ministry serves families with children pre-K through 8th grade. Faith Formation sessions take place Sundays, 9-10:15 a.m., September through April.
