A Sword of Sorrow: Mary’s Way of the Cross, March 16
As a Lenten reflection, we will walk Jesus’ last steps with Mary, his mother, and feel the sword of sorrow that Simeon prophesied to her when Jesus was just a baby. We will come to a deeper appreciaton for the ultimate sacrife that Jesus made on the cross as we experience his crucifixion and death through the eyes of the one who gave him life.
With Mary’s help we will learn how to stand by her son throughout His passion and in faith experience the joy of His rising once more in our lives.
All are welcome to walk Mary’s Way of the Cross on Monday, March 16, at 9:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. in the Church.
